There are numerous challenges starting a new school year, embarking on a startup, or running a small local business. What keeps us going is the support from our family, friends, and community combined with our passion to pursue what our hearts desire amidst failures and naysayers. As we strive for our own success, we need to remember to help others succeed as our community would not be what it is without collectively supporting each other — such as our local merchants who compete with national/online brands or our entrepreneurs with that “big idea.”
What we all need to keep in mind of is that “whenever you find yourself doubting how far you go, just remember how far you have come. Remember everything you have faced, all the battles that you have won, and all the fears that you have overcome.”
